At TVG is our mission is still the same as it was when we started, we are committed to delivering affordable quality inbound or outbound call handling. QUALITY
TVG has a staff of Quality Auditors that monitor lead calls every day. TVG has a dedicated Quality Assurance department that is organized both centrally through corporate resources and separately at the Call Center. The quality assurance staff listens to and evaluates calls. The number of QA personnel at the call center level is a function of calling volumes; currently TVG has on average 3-6 dedicated QA personnel in the call center. Also each call center employs 8-10 Quality Verification personnel who verify all sales.
